Job description

Our flagship company Man Industries (India) Limited in the league of World Class Manufacturing and Export of LSAW, HSAW, ERW Line Pipes and Coating systems having a turnover of approx. Rs. 3500 Cr. / annum. We are well poised to double the growth in next 2-3 years through our expansion projects.

We have clients globally in Oil & Gas Sector, and in Water Utilities segment. We are strengthening our International Business Dev. and Export Marketing Team in Mumbai. You should come from the background of International Business Dev. of EPC / SAW Pipe /ERW/ DI Pipe and willing to travel international locations extensively.

  • The Candidate must have exposure of Oil & gas Industries, Large Diameter Pipes and Coating.
  • Track and analyze emerging trends and opportunities in the global Oil & Gas and Water Utilities industries, identifying potential markets for growth.
  • Collaborate with Clients EPC for BD activities in international arena
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic plans for market entry and expansion, including long-term and short-term business objectives.
  • Carryout Registration/ Empanelment of company with respective clients for approval for future pipeline projects.
  • Prepare communication, generate business enquiries globally.
  • Work out operational plans, long term, and short-term opportunities
  • Cultivating relationship with customers and converting enquiries into order.
  • Prepare Technical and Commercial offer/ Tenders to clients based on various inputs.
  • Co-coordinating with client for smooth execution of order and ensure logistics and dispatch as per committed schedule
  • Preparing and updating MIS, enquiries, offer submission, pending matters and Area of concerns on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Lead / Train & Develop the teams

Required Candidate profile

Experience : 15 to 20 year, at least 5 years in handle international projects

Qualifications: 1. B.E/B.Tech in any discipline

  1. MBA - Marketing Desirable but not essential

Location:Mumbai

Preferred Industry:You should have experience of Companies having Oil & Gas Sector as client - Preferably be from companies belonging to: EPC / Metal/SAW Pipe/ERW / DI Pipe etc.
