Job Description: Manufacturing Manager – Lithium-Ion Batteries
Location: Bengaluru, India (with international travel)
Experience: 7-8 years in Lithium-Ion battery manufacturing & supply chain

About the Role
Flowatt is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to bridge our design & development
teams with contract manufacturers in India and China. The role will focus on ensuring
world-class manufacturing quality, safety, and efficiency for Lithium-Ion battery
systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an energetic professional with deep
expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain, and vendor development.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary interface between Flowatt's design team and contract
manufacturers.
Create and finalize Bills of Material (BOM) in collaboration with design and
engineering.
Qualify component suppliers and conduct vendor audits.
Oversee manufacturing audits in India and China, including international travel
as required.
Ensure quality and safety standards across all manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement SOPs based on good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Enforce in-process quality control and lead pre-dispatch inspections.
Drive vendor development, qualification, and ongoing performance
management.
Communicate Flowatt's requirements clearly to manufacturers and suppliers.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Lithium-Ion battery manufacturing, operations, and
supply chain
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
