About the Role :
We are seeking a visionary MERN Stack Architect to design and lead the development of next-generation fintech solutions for our US-based global product. This role combines deep full-stack engineering expertise with architectural leadership, delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance applications that shape the future of digital finance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect & Design scalable enterprise-grade web applications using MongoDB, , , and
- Define microservices-based architectures ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead API-first design and implement REST/GraphQL-based services.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and UX teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.
- Guide development teams on best coding practices, design patterns, and cloud-native development.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and emerging trends in JavaScript ecosystem.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Required Skills & Experience :
years in software development with at least 4 years in architecture/design roles.
- Proven expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6 , state management (Redux, Context API), and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing for cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, system design, and technical leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of security best practices in fintech applications.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with , Serverless Architectures, or Event-Driven Systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in fintech workflows.
- Exposure to real-time data streaming (Kafka, WebSockets).
- Prior experience in fintech or high-scale product companies.
