*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Secretary to provide administrative support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality.
*Key Responsibilities*
Manage schedules and coordinate appointments for senior management
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
Coordinate travel arrangements and make reservations
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Develop and implement effective filing systems
Coordinate meetings and events
*Requirements*
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
