Role Overview: As a PFT P&SQ Senior Manager / DGM at Tata Motors, your role involves driving for results, demonstrating customer centricity, dealing with ambiguity, showcasing interpersonal effectiveness, and having a problem-solving orientation. Key Responsibilities: - Advance Quality in P&SQ - Complete technical review sign-off - Coordinate VAVE and generate department reports - Ensure availability of new/ECN parts for project milestones - Monitor production data for critical parts - Attend line quality issues - Review development status with suppliers - Offer development samples to VQA - Support tooling capitalization activities - Assist AQ Engineer for ECN line try-out - Execute development strategy (Target Vs Actual) - Purchase in P&SQ - Study parts, design, drawing, specifications, and float SORs/RFQs to suppliers - Prepare GDC approvals, ESR, and approval backup data - Manage commercial settlement of parts & tooling cost, especially chrome plated parts - Handle miscellaneous activities for interior plastics parts - Utilize SAP & PLM for purchase-related activities like design details study and PO database - Current Quality in P&SQ - Address Line Quality issues - Communicate issues with primary analysis to the concerned team - Prepare daily issue reports - Conduct sample submissions and Line trials for New/ECN Parts - Engage with suppliers on quality issues - Update daily reports, maintain rejection tracker, and analyze supplier issues Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech degree - 0-3 years of experience **Note:** Tata Motors values leadership competencies such as Customer Centricity, Developing Self and Others, Driving Execution, Leading by Example, Leading Change, and Motivating Self and Others, which are crucial for success in this role.,
