Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to lead the planning and execution of educational tours and experiential learning programs for students. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth, safe, and enriching educational travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, organize, and manage educational tours for students (local, national, and international).


• Design and structure itineraries aligned with educational goals (e.g., STEM, history, environment, industry visits).


• Coordinate with academic coordinators, school administrators, and partner institutions for smooth program integration.


• Handle logistics including transportation, accommodation, meals, safety, and permissions.


• Lead on-site tour execution, ensuring student engagement, discipline, and smooth flow of activities.


• Evaluate tour outcomes and collect feedback to enhance future programs.


• Promote tour programs internally and externally, collaborating with the marketing team where needed.

Qualifications and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Education, or related field.


• Strong project management and multitasking skills

.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with students, educators, and parents.


• Experience managing large groups and working with external vendors.


• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.


• Energetic, empathetic, and highly organized.
