Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer with 5 years of hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while integrating with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical ability, and a passion for low-code innovation to enhance business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Build, automate, and optimize Power Automate Flows (cloud, desktop, and approval workflows).

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including DAX calculations and data modeling.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and REST APIs.

- Implement and maintain Power Platform governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and solution management best practices.

- Define and manage security roles, role-based access controls, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Strong expertise in :


- Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps development

- Power Automate Flows (cloud, desktop, approval workflows)

- Power BI dashboarding, DAX, and data modeling

- Proven experience integrating Power Platform with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure, and APIs.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and solution management.

- Knowledge of security models, role-based access, and data policies.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.

- Familiarity with RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and custom connectors.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for Power Platform solutions.

- Microsoft certifications such as:

1. PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate

2. PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect (preferred).

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
