Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer with 34 years of professional experience to join our in-house Marketing team in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. This position reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) and requires strong ownership of both brand and personal branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company-wide digital presence and also handle the CMDs personal/professional social media account to build thought leadership and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging copy, visuals, and videos tailored to each platform.
  • Plan and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies.
  • Independently manage and grow the CMD's personal/professional social media account to reflect leadership, insights, and company values.
  • Track analytics and prepare detailed monthly reports for the CMD.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and grow followers organically.

Graphic Design:

  • Design high-quality creative assets for social media, web, print, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Create short-form video content such as Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the CMD on creative direction, brand positioning, and campaign development.
  • Support cross-functional teams with custom graphics and design needs.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both visual and video content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Deep understanding of current trends in social media, content marketing, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later).
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Experience managing personal/professional profiles for leadership or executives.
  • Creative problem-solving and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
