Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Director with 5+ years of proven experience in leading design, branding, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the visual identity, developing compelling campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance creativity with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all creative projects from concept to execution across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative strategies with company goals.
  • Manage and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality work.
  • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across campaigns and communication channels.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback to enhance the creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with strategic business objectives.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a creative leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
