Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer II

Location: Thube Park Pune

Experience Level: Mid-level (3 to 5 years)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Windows C++ Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing, debugging, and maintaining high-performance applications on the Windows platform using C++. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows-based applications using C++.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Implement new features and enhancements based on customer requirements.
• Work with APIs, multithreading, networking, and Windows system programming.
• Ensure software solutions meet security and performance requirements.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in C++ development on Windows.
• Strong knowledge of C++11/14/17 standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows API, COM, MFC, or WinRT.
• Familiarity with multithreading and concurrent programming.
• Experience with debugging tools like WinDbg, Visual Studio debugger.
• Proficient in Visual Studio IDE.
• Understanding of networking protocols and socket programming.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
