Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls related to telecom services (e.g., mobile, internet, TV).
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, service issues, OR technical support.
  • Upsell or cross-sell telecom products based on customer needs.
  • Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and quality scores.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 6 months of experience in an international BPO in voice process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and internet applications.
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
