Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including data entry, invoicing, and assisting with financial reports. This role is ideal for recent graduates who wish to start their career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and data entry.
  • Help in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
  • Support in maintaining accounts receivables and payables.
  • Update financial transactions in Zoho Books or similar software.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.
  • Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
  • Prepare basic reports and reconciliations as instructed by seniors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting ( M.Com / MBA – Finance).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
