Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Intern, based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Intern will engage in key activities including building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting financial products available on our platform, and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process. Responsibilities also involve participating in sales campaigns, attending training sessions, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Knowledge or experience in Sales and Sales Management for driving effective product promotion and achieving targets.
- A proactive approach to Training and learning about new financial products and services to better assist customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred qualifications include a background in finance, marketing, or a related field, along with familiarity with financial products or platforms.
