Job Title: SDWAN Deployment Engineer (Versa Platform)Project Duration: 3 Months (may be extended based on project requirements)

Key Objective / Purpose of the Role

Responsible for deploying SDWAN services within enterprise or client networks, with a primary focus on Versa platforms. This role includes validating service performance against SLAs, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and failover simulations with customers, and ensuring handover to Service Assurance teams.

Responsibilities

Deploy SDWAN-based services on enterprise or client networks in Kolkata.

Onboard and configure Versa SDWAN devices using standard templates.

Test SDWAN/MPLS/Internet services against predefined SLA benchmarks.

Coordinate with customers for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and simulate failover scenarios.Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards prior to handover.

Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning or activation issues with cross-functional teams.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project delivery, scope clarification, and task planning.

Perform network migrations and circuit cutovers during scheduled downtimes.

Track and ensure completion of critical deployment milestones.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (Telecommunication, Computer Science, or related field), or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of direct experience with Versa SDWAN deployment and configuration.

Solid understanding of SDWAN, MPLS, and Internet network topologies, focused on SLA management and failover mechanisms.Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
