Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor who can think creatively, edit with precision, and bring stories to life through video.

The ideal candidate knows how to craft engaging Reels, edit podcasts, and produce high-quality social media content that performs.

We are seeking someone who is not only a skilled editor but also camera-friendly, confident enough to appear on video when required for brand or behind-the-scenes content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form content including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
  • Edit long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and campaign films.
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to plan, shoot, and produce engaging content.
  • Ensure smooth transitions, color grading, audio balance, and visual storytelling.
  • Stay updated with current trends in video editing, social media formats, and AI tools.
  • Occasionally appear on camera for behind-the-scenes content or explainer videos.
  • Organize raw footage, maintain version control, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a video editor in a creative agency, studio, or production environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, music, visual rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and formats (especially Reels and Shorts).
  • Basic camera-handling and lighting knowledge preferred.
  • Confidence to appear on camera when needed.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
