IT Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end IT support including software integration, SAP support, cloud operations, hardware troubleshooting, and IT security. Ensures smooth system performance, secure operations, and timely issue resolution for all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software integrations (API, third-party applications) and resolve application issues.
• Provide L1/L2 SAP support (MM/SD/PP/FI): user issues, transactions, basic configurations, and escalations.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, network issues, and handle OS/software installations.
• Support cloud services (AWS/Azure): user access, backups, VM monitoring, storage management.
• Maintain cybersecurity tools (antivirus/EDR/DLP) and enforce IT security policies.
• Monitor servers, backups, logs, and ensure uptime and data protection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, SAP, and cloud-related escalations.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT support, cloud basics, SAP support, and security tools.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking basics, API concepts, and cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multi-department support.

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
