We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL/PLSQL.

Youll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while leading a small technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain multi-tier enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of multiple project modules.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and architectural discussions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following OOP principles and design patterns.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Implement and maintain solutions using Spring Boot, Struts/Spring Framework, and Hibernate (or other ORM frameworks).
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and availability of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to secure coding practices (PCI, OWASP).
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 developers.
  • Work with tools like JIRA, SVN, GIT, and application servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, or similar.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Core Java (7, 8, 11) and J2EE
  • Servlets, JSP, RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate/ORM
  • Microservices architecture
  • SQL & PL/SQL; Database design
  • Design Patterns and Design Principles
  • Web & Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.)
  • Version Control Tools (GIT, SVN)
  • Defect Management Tools (JIRA or similar)
  • Knowledge of UI frameworks (ReactJS / Angular)
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Secure Coding Practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading small to mid-size teams (5–10 members).
  • Good understanding of software design and architecture.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to high-performance and high-availability system design.
