Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, considering seasonality and budget constraints.
- Oversee menu planning, inventory management, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Manage food costing, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability of menu items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by implementing effective cleaning schedules and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations related to food safety.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in F&B management or related field.
- Degree in Hotel Management (IHM/IHMCT) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of success in managing F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.
