Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage food costing, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability of menu items.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards by implementing effective cleaning schedules and maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry regulations related to food safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in F&B management or related field.
  • Degree in Hotel Management (IHM/IHMCT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in managing F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.
