The Role

This isn't a "freelance editing gig."

This is a
profit-sharing role
where you'll be the
creative brain
behind the edits—the person who makes viewers binge-watch, share, and come back for more.

You'll:

  • Turn raw footage into
    viral YouTube videos & Shorts
    people can't skip.
  • Add memes, captions, hooks, and storytelling that screams
    retention.
  • Help shape the
    visual identity & growth strategy
    of TUS.
  • Repurpose content for Insta, LinkedIn, X – making sure TUS is everywhere.
  • Think beyond editing—be a
    co-creator
    , a
    visionary partner.
