Greetings

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support across our warehouses/offices. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, networking, CCTV and basic IT-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to end-users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Perform operating system installation, formatting, and basic software installation.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) related issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and basic networking devices.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems.
  • Microsoft Outlook configuration and support.
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Complete all IT related tasks and assignments given by seniors/management within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of hardware and networking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with router/switch configuration.
  • Familiarity with CCTV setup, monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in IT support or hardware/networking.
  • Microsoft Office troubleshooting knowledge is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS installation & maintenance.

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) for travel between warehouses/offices.
  • Willingness to work on-site and provide support as per operational requirements.
