Job Title: Data Specialist – GenAI, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite/Hybrid as per project needs)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist with proven expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Azure cloud services, Snowflake, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions, integrating GenAI-driven insights, and enabling efficient data pipelines and analytics for enterprise-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Engineering & Pipeline Development:
  • Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
  • Optimize data workflows for high performance and scalability.
  • GenAI Integration:
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Generative AI models.
  • Work with unstructured and structured datasets to generate predictive and prescriptive insights.
  • Data Platform Management:
  • Manage and maintain Snowflake data warehouse, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Optimize Snowflake queries and storage for cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Cloud Data Solutions:
  • Architect and deploy data solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Cognitive Services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong hands-on experience with GenAI models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
  • Proficiency in Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure data ecosystem.
  • Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
  • Experience with Spark for big data processing.
  • Experience:
  • 4–8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI-driven projects.
  • Proven track record in implementing AI-powered data solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate or Snowflake SnowPro.
  • Experience with machine learning pipelines and model deployment in production environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and data governance best practices.
