Upnex Solutions OPC Limited partners with U.S. property management companies, handling tenant communication, vendor coordination, and daily operations. We are expanding rapidly and looking for the right people to grow with us.
Role Overview
We're hiring a proactive Admin (Property Management Support)
to assist with property operations, communication, and administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and update maintenance work orders & vendor tasks
- Support tenant communication and lease documentation
- Schedule showings, inspections, and meetings
- Manage emails, records, and prepare simple reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with tools: Google Workspace, AppFolio, Buildium, Innago, Slack, Airtable,
- Stable Wi-Fi connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Prior property management experience is a plus
