Role and Responsibilities:
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP and similar areas.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Proven implementation experience with advanced planning and scheduling solutions, such as OMP, O9, Logility, IBP, APO, etc.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect.
  • Ability to analyze and identify gaps, lead solution design, and implement the Kinaxis Rapid Response application to meet business requirements.
  • Configure Kinaxis's heuristics for demand and supply matching.
  • Understanding of data structure for the algorithm.
  • Create new algorithms within Kinaxis environment.
  • Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.
  • Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality client solutions that exceed expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, managing project risks, managing client and Nilasu Consulting Services Pvt Ltd key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relations.
  • Experience in team handling for at least 2-3 years is an added advantage.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Kinaxis Rapid Response (Production, Supply, Demand Planning, Data Model & Integrations) are required.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
  • Proven implementation experience with advanced planning and scheduling solutions.
  • Experience in at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ability to analyze and identify gaps.
  • Experience in configuring and creating new algorithms within Kinaxis environment.
  • Experience in leading implementation, configurations, testing, training, and documentation activities.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and propose optimal solutions based on business requirements.
  • Excellent project management and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in team handling is an added advantage.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in Kinaxis Rapid Response (Production, Supply, Demand Planning, Data Model & Integrations) are required.
