About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals. You'll be working across digital platforms to create content for social media, websites, campaigns, ads, thumbnails, and more. Whether it's short-form assets for Instagram or detailed visuals for YouTube and brand campaigns, your designs will help drive engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Create static and animated visuals for posts, ads, reels, thumbnails, stories, and banners
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, and marketing teams to develop visual concepts
  • Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce and edit assets
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual outputs
  • Adapt designs for different formats, dimensions, and aspect ratios (e.g., for Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Stay current with design trends, especially in social media, marketing, and branding
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Experience creating visual assets for social media, ads, thumbnails, or campaigns
  • Ability to turn ideas or briefs into polished, eye-catching designs
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take constructive feedback

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., After Effects, Canva animations, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media formats, memes, trends, and visual storytelling techniques
  • Experience designing YouTube thumbnails, Instagram carousel posts, or email creatives
  • Knowledge of brand and content marketing strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
