GM - Accounts and Finance

Role & responsibilities :- - To develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, overseeing financial reportings,planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting.

• Provide leadership and direction to the accounts and finance team, to analysts, and organizational objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial report finalisation. cash flow management, and risk management.
• To update on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support business decisions.

• To Manage the annual/monthly/weekly budgeting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans etc.,

- Financial Performance Monitoring: Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and trends, and providing recommendations for improvement. - Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team professionals, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

- Senior management and the board of directors, presenting financial performance, forecasts, and recommendations.

• To oversee accounting department and manage financial operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Required
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting standard and analysis of reports with strong SAP knowledge.
• To accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the department, promoting teamwork, professional development, and excellence.
