Job Description: Telecalling Executive – Skill Development (DDU-GKK)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and their families.
• Explain program benefits (free training, boarding, certification, placement).
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain candidate database with updated records of calls and responses.
• Follow up regularly with leads to ensure enrollment and participation.
• Coordinate with field mobilization team for conversions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
• Support mobilization activities (campaigns, event follow-ups, reference calling).

Skills Required

• Strong communication in local language(s) & Hindi (English is an advantage).
• Persuasive speaking and convincing ability.
• Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with rural youth/families.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Target-driven with positive attitude and teamwork spirit.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of telecalling/customer service/student counselling experience.
• Preference for candidates with skill development project experience (DDU-KK)

• As per industry standards/project norms.
