Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible, result-oriented professional who can act as the face and backbone of our center. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in counseling, customer relationship management, team leadership, and business development activities like camps and events.

This role is not just about managing—it's about owning the outcomes, ensuring smooth operations, patient satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Patient Counseling & Conversions


• Guide patients through treatment options with empathy and clarity


• Ensure high conversion rates through ethical, patient-centric counseling


• Center Operations & Team Management


• Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and workflow efficiency


• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure seamless care


• Customer Relationship Management


• Build long-term trust and rapport with patients


• Handle queries, complaints, and feedback proactively


• Business Growth & Marketing Execution


• Plan and execute patient engagement activities, health camps, outreach programs, and tie-ups


• Track KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue, repeat patients) and report to management


• Owner's Mindset


• Take accountability for center performance


• Drive initiatives for visibility, revenue, and reputation as if it's your own business

Requirements


• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare/aesthetics/hospitality/wellness industry in a managerial or counseling role


• Strong skills in sales counseling, customer handling, and operations management


• Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)


• Leadership mindset: proactive, problem-solving, and ownership-driven


• Experience in conducting camps/events/marketing outreach preferred
