Analyst - F&A (India)

Elevate is recruiting an Analyst for our Finance & Accounts team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for handling portal management, project verification & project confirmation to clients.

Specifically, the Analyst will:

• Maintain and update project-related data on company portals to ensure smooth data capturing and accessibility.
• Manage day-to-day queries from sales, management, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Liaise with the IT team to resolve any portal-related issues and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Review all project details entered by the sales team upon initiation.
• Verify project data for correctness (ensuring all fields are accurately filled) and completeness (ensuring no required fields are left blank).
• Identify and rectify missing or incorrect information by updating details or coordinating with the sales team for clarification.
• Send a Project Confirmation Email to the client Upon receiving project title and deadline from the operations team.
• Ensure confirmation emails are only sent for projects where the sales team has checked the "Confirmation Email to be Sent" checkbox.
• Include essential project details in the confirmation email like project title, deadline & other relevant details (provided by sales and operations teams).
• Coordinate with the sales team to update any changes in project details, including adjustments to the final project amount, project status updates & any other modifications required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and database management.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation
