We are looking for a skilled and proactive QA Tester with hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) across both Front-End and Back-End, and a strong understanding of Business Manager operations.

what you do :

  • Perform end-to-end testing of SFCC implementations, including user flows, checkout, integrations, and performance.

  • Access and navigate Business Manager (QA enviroment) to:

  • Configure and test promotions, coupons, and campaign rules.

  • Manage catalogs, products, pricing, and merchandising settings

  • Monitor orders, customer data, and reporting tools

  • Collaborate with FE/BE developers to identify, report, and resolve bugs.

  • Write and maintain detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
  • Conduct regression, cross-browser, and mobile testing.
  • Validate integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways).
  • Document test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

What we expect :

  • 6 to 8 years of exp, minimum 23 years of experience testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Business Manager and its configuration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management platforms (e.g., Zephir).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good to have :

  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestCaf).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • SFCC certification
