Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate Branch Relationship Officer located in Cuttack. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, recommending appropriate insurance products, and supporting their financial security needs. The responsibilities also include achieving business targets, providing customers with detailed information about products, and ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of life insurance products and market trends
- Sales and target achievement capabilities with effective negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in customer service and resolving client inquiries
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and build long-term client relationships
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is desirable
