For moredetails, please visit - ;\/a> RequirementsYourRole: Technical LeadThis role is for the people whoare tech gurus in their space or dream of becoming one. You need to contributeto the techsophy framework for delivering at 3x speed and use the framework in yourprojects for your clients. The framework uses products and solutions built by techsophy. We build leaders passionateabout their team and create a team with zero tolerance for the status quo. As a TechnicalLead, you are responsible for building solutions to existing customerchallenges in the product/platforms and suggest improvements, new features, makingthem the best for your customers. As a Technical Lead, you developsolutions integrating SXP product with your client systems, ultimatelydelivering B2B products on the cloud or on -premise. Technical Leads take theinitiative and act proactively in various client projects and new initiativeslike POCs, Pilots, and Prototypes. Technical Leads perform cross -functionalcollaboration and communication with members from other teams within Techsophy(e.g. Developers, Leads, UX Designer, QA, Program Manager, Architects) tocomplete development and integration work. SkillsRequirements (Some or all of them – because we believe intelligent people canpick up whatever they need in a short period of time. You just need to provethat you can.): ●      Experience in design, architectureand implementation or usage of scalable and extensible systems like SOA orMicroservices●      Excellent programming skillsusing Java, and/or Javascript●      Experience in Spring Boot,Jenkins, Git, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and Docker or●      Good knowledge of React/reduxand UI Components●      Proficiency in databasetechnology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB●      Good understanding of ElasticSearch, Redis●      Experience working in the cloudenvironment, preferably AWS.●      Write unit tests and runautomated tests through CI/CD●      Build and deploy codefrequently through CI/CD●      Solid and fluent understandingof algorithm and data structures●      Excellent software design,problem -solving and debugging skills●      Ability to learn new andexisting technologies●      Experience in building cloudSaaS or PaaS solutions/products●      Experience in providingtechnical leadership to a small team.●      Demonstrated high ownership inprevious projects●      Good oral and writtencommunication skills Education – Any goodeducational institute (or) an institute you want to be the one who builds a reputationfor.
