Position Overview:

Aaytan Academy is seeking a passionate, result-oriented, and dedicated PGT Chemistry Teacher for Classes 11 & 12. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in board exam preparation (CBSE & GSEB) as well as competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and GUJCET. We are looking for someone who can deliver clear, structured, and engaging lessons, resolve doubts effectively, and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver interactive and concept-driven Chemistry lessons for Classes 11 & 12.
  • Cover the entire CBSE & GSEB syllabus along with NEET, JEE, and GUJCET-focused topics.
  • Design and execute structured revision schedules with regular practice tests and assignments.
  • Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized mentoring to students.
  • Foster conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and analyze student performance through tests and provide individual feedback.
  • Train students in exam strategies, problem-solving techniques, and time management for board and competitive exams.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Master's preferred)
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is an advantage

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Class 11-12 Chemistry
  • Strong expertise in CBSE & GSEB syllabus and competitive exam patterns
  • Excellent classroom management and familiarity with modern teaching tools
  • Proven ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging
