Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Executive, located in Sambalpur. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, including payroll administration, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations. Daily tasks will include calculating employee earnings, handling payroll deductions, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The role requires close collaboration with the finance department and effective communication with employees to answer payroll-related queries.

• Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
• Experience in Payroll Management and Finance
• Effective Communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
