About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven insights that improve our products and services. You will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and develop algorithms to solve challenging business problems. You will work closely with Platform team, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

•    Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

•    Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, and optimization.

•    Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.

•    Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.

•    Collaborate with engineers to deploy and monitor machine learning models in production.

•    Develop and maintain data documentation and model documentation.

•    Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

•    Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.   

•    Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

•    Proficiency in working with DataBricks

•    Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

•    Experience with SQL and data manipulation.

•    Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google AI Platform).   

•    Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.

•    Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.

•    Experience in a particular industry related to the company.

•    Experience with time series analysis.
