JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for timely update of books of accounts, preparation of invoice and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports & financial reports.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital and fund flow position.
  • Co ordinate with the supervisor and staff for regular posting and updating the data.
  • Maintaning the vehicle documents and regular checking the vehicle paper works should be upto date.
  • Managing Bills receivalbe and bills payable.
  • Managing salary & expense sheets every month.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Excel, tally, Ms word.
  • Excellent anaylytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior finance team member.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
