We are looking for a
qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher
to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, accounting, and financial management skills, with a keen interest in learning business operations and financial strategy.

This role will provide exposure to
core accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and financial analysis
across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Reporting

Prepare and maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, and trial balance.

Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements (P&L,

• Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

Support monthly and annual closing activities.

• Finance & Analysis

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Support preparation of management reports and MIS dashboards.

Participate in cost analysis, financial modeling, and performance monitoring.

Work closely with departments to understand financial impacts of business decisions.

• Audit & Compliance

Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and company policies.

Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

• Other Responsibilities

Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants when required.

Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Stay updated with changes in accounting, taxation, and compliance laws.

• Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
Accounting Standards, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), and Auditing principles
.

Proficiency in
MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
