ENT Professor

Role & responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT through lectures, practicals, and clinical demonstrations.

Train residents, fellows, and interns in diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.

Provide clinical care to patients with ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders.

Perform and supervise surgeries, including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and cochlear implants.

Guide research by supervising theses, dissertations, and publishing in medical journals.

Conduct academic activities like workshops, seminars, and CME programs.

Mentor students and junior faculty for professional and academic growth.

Manage departmental responsibilities, including administration and compliance with medical regulations.

Promote interdisciplinary collaboration with related specialities to provide holistic patient care.

Uphold ethical medical practices and contribute to advancements in ENT education and treatment.

Qualification: MCh in ENT

Experience: 8+ Years

Salary: lakhs

Working hours: 8 hours per day
