  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in handling documents, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Ensure all office supplies (stationery, pantry items, drinking water, etc.) are stocked and available.
  • Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, parcels, or couriers as required.
  • Assist with minor administrative work and support other staff members when needed.
  • Monitor and maintain pantry supplies and keep the kitchen/pantry area neat.
  • Run office-related errands outside the premises when instructed.
  • Support during office meetings/events by arranging seating, refreshments, or materials.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to provide support in office operations. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, and assisting staff with basic office requirements to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
  • Prior experience as an office boy/helper will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping practices.
  • Ability to handle tasks responsibly and follow instructions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
