Handle Incidents, p1 major INC calls, troubleshoot issues on access and servers.7. Good hands on MS office tools, Excel (Mandatory).8. Data handling and reporting, PowerBI (optional)9. Good Communication (calls, email, chat support) Mandatory 10. Willing to work in US shift timings, night shifts and rotational shift (24/7 support), weekend on-call support11.
