Digital Marketing Specialist

We are recruiting a skilled
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a minimum of
2 years of hands-on experience
in digital marketing, sales, and project management. This high-impact position requires a leader who combines creative vision with analytical strength, committed to maximizing ROI and significantly enhancing D Square's digital brand visibility.

Core Responsibilities

The Specialist will oversee the lifecycle of digital marketing activities, from planning to performance analysis across all key channels.

  • Unified Campaign Strategy:
    Design and manage comprehensive digital initiatives spanning SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
  • Search & Ad Management:
    Develop comprehensive SEO strategies (keyword targeting, on-page/off-page fixes) and oversee digital ad campaigns, ensuring strict brand consistency across the web.
  • Website Administration:
    Maintain and optimize company web assets on
    WordPress and Shopify
    , ensuring seamless functionality, UX, and SEO readiness.
  • Content & Social Engagement:
    Execute tailored content plans (blogs, visuals, case studies) for B2B/B2C audiences and drive community growth through strategic social media management.
  • Insights & Reporting:
    Monitor performance via
    Google Analytics and Google Search Console
    , providing detailed monthly reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Team Synergy:
    Align digital strategies with business goals through internal collaboration and maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and tools.

Essential Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2 years
    of experience in digital marketing, sales, and cross-functional project management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Strong command of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and multi-channel marketing analytics.
  • Platform Expertise:
    Demonstrated ability to manage
    WordPress and Shopify
    websites.
  • Tools:
    Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and platforms like
    Ahrefs or SEMrush
    .
  • Aptitude:
    Expertise in content creation and social media, backed by a data-driven mindset.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.

    Proven ability to run and optimize paid digital media campaigns.
