Job Overview:Narayana Infra is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong passion for sales. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred, and knowledge of driving (own vehicle) will be an added advantage for field visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Interaction – Identify potential buyers, follow up on leads, and build strong client relationships.
Sales & Negotiation – Present property details, conduct site visits, and close deals effectively.
Field Marketing & Site Visits – Travel to client locations or project sites (own vehicle preferred).
Market Research & Reporting – Keep track of real estate trends, customer preferences, and competition.
Collaboration – Work with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English for better client interaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of driving and own vehicle preferred for ease of travel.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach to achieving targets.
