As a Digital Recruiter for our Product and Recruitment as a service organization in Indore, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients. Your primary duties will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Utilizing various digital platforms and tools to source and screen candidates
  • Conducting initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and clients
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system
  • Collaborating with other members of the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful candidate placements
