Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous Unreal Engine projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Nice to Have:
• Pixel Streaming experience.
• Experience with multiplayer and networked gameplay systems.
• Technical art skills with materials and shaders.
• Test driven development (TDD) Experience.
• CI/CD experience.
• Experience with other game engines or technologies (e.g., Unity)

Must Have:
• C++ and Blueprint using Unreal Engine

Primary Skills:
• Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Engine Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints within Unreal Engine.
• Over 6 years of experience in 3D game, application or visualization development using Unreal/Unity.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engines core systems and architecture.
• Experience with performance analysis and code optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
