Job Summary:
The ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow GRC solutions to support enterprise risk, compliance, and audit management processes. The role involves building custom applications, integrating modules, and ensuring platform scalability and performance in alignment with organizational governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, flows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Implement workflows, dashboards, and automated controls to streamline governance and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with process owners, risk managers, and auditors to translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations for better performance and usability.
- Maintain platform integrity through version upgrades and apply best practices for ServiceNow development.
- Support documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for ongoing GRC process improvements.
Requirement:
- 36 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on GRC or IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Solid understanding of GRC processes such as policy management, risk assessments, audit cycles, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOX).
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC/IRM preferred.
