Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in New Delhi. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various corporate documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing legal advice on business matters, and handling negotiations and contract disputes. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, and representing the company in legal proceedings and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Corporate Law
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal standards
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Ability to provide sound legal advice and legal opinions
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognized institution
  • Admission to the Bar Council of India
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the media or technology industry is a plus
