Job Title: Technical Lead – .NET Core Experience: 9-15 years Location: Kochi
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead – .NET Core to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance, and enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in .NET Core, microservices architecture, and solution design, and be capable of guiding development teams while contributing hands-on to coding and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise applications using .NET Core and related technologies.
  • Design, architect, and develop scalable microservices-based systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.
  • Perform root cause analysis of system issues, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and resolve production problems.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and status reporting as part of the Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS preferred).
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in .NET and related technologies, and recommend improvements to ensure modern, efficient systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong command over C#, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
  • Expertise in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Solid experience in SQL Server, NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in containerization using Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (like Angular/React) is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working on enterprise-grade systems or large-scale applications.
  • Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architecture, or CQRS patterns.
  • Microsoft Certifications in .NET or Azure (preferred but not mandatory).
