Position Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Record to Report (RTR) to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will oversee month-end close processes, review journal entries, and prepare complex/non-routine entries including tax-related postings. You will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting while driving process improvements and providing guidance to junior team members.

Compensation range for this role is 8-9.5 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications

What You'll Do

Lead and manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Review journal entries prepared by Analysts and ensured compliance with accounting policies.Prepare and post non-routine and complex entries, including tax-related adjustments.Perform reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of general ledger balances.Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary schedules and documentation.Contribute to process optimization, automation, and standardization in RTR functions.Mentor and support junior team members within the RTR team.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) preferred.10+ years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Corporate Accounting roles.Proven expertise in month-end close, JE review, and preparation of non-routine/tax entries.Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS standards, and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.Exposure to MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).Experience working in Shared Services or professional services firms.
