Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media posts (graphics, captions, reels, etc.) across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and creative ideas to boost engagement.
  • Work on lead generation through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and build brand presence.

Requirements

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques (LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, ads) will be an added advantage.
