ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Core Skills
  • Extract clean facts from notes and pinpoint the real fixed time for each case (traditional ML where needed).
  • Assemble the right datasets in Microsoft Fabric/OneLake that agents and dashboards will usekept accurate and up to date.
  • Build simple prediction scores (e.g., likely remote fix, likely wrong part) to guide agent decisions.
  • Tune Data Agents and Power BI so plain-language questions return correct, consistent answers (context instructions).
  • Set up quality checks and evals to verify results regularly (are answers grounded? are predictions accurate?).
