  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in fabrication or sheet metal industry.
  • Able to lead the workforce
  • Able to read the engineering and fabrication drawings and interpret
  • Coordinate with quality, stores, planning and other relevant departments for the smooth operations.
  • Achieve the daily fabrication / production target.
  • Should have an understanding of fabrication/production processes such as cutting, welding, forming, fitting, and machining activities.
  • Understanding of the various welding processes, finishing processes.
  • Knowledge of various materials used, welding consumables used will be an added advantage.
  • Ensure that the fabrication activities follow the workplace safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Autocad (optional but prefered)
  • Familar with CNC cutting (plasma/laser) would be added advantage.
